The hotel is small, creating a unique and personal experience, with original, newly built facilities. The service is extraordinary: everyone is welcoming and makes you feel at home. The varied food and cocktails are among the best I have tried, with Oaxacan cuisine of the highest quality. We hope to return soon!
The staff is very kind and attentive. The rooms are spacious. The beach club is incredible, and the drinks and restaurant are perfect.
The kitchen
It is the soul of A&V Hotel Boutique. Smells, flavors and traditions, based on Oaxacan and Mexican cuisine, with a fundamental principle: healthy food.
Breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Natural juices with plants from our garden and organic products from Granja del Mar supply our hotel kitchen daily.
Dinners are special moments and celebrations, with fresh products from the sea, vegetables, edible insects and pasta, all prepared organically by our Chef.
Granja del Mar is an extension of A&V Hotel Boutique, connected to the responsibility of sharing healthy food and moving toward sustainability.
It is about creating awareness around the preservation of resources, but above all it is about loving the land, giving back to nature a little of what we take from it.
