It is the soul of A&V Hotel Boutique. Smells, flavors and traditions, based on Oaxacan and Mexican cuisine, with a fundamental principle: healthy food.
Breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Natural juices with plants from our garden and organic products from Granja del Mar supply our hotel kitchen daily.

Chunks of fish (mahi-mahi) marinated in traditional leche de tigre. Generous olive oil and avocado.
